Heading country's first digital eWallet and Payments platform

Led t he 0→1 build of t he country ’s first e Wallet product in a market where digital payments were not yet mainstream. Relocated to Kuwait to gain first-hand understanding of user mental models, on-ground behaviours, and adoption barriers, while working closely with local and central bank compliance requirements. Built and scaled product and design teams across Kuwait and India, hiring and setting up an offshore product development model to support rapid iteration and long-term scalability.
